Our Supplier Code of Conduct embodies these principles, seeking to elevate performance and foster the well-being of people, animals, and the environment throughout our supply chain. Through transparent collaboration and a shared commitment to these values, we aim to build lasting partnerships that make a positive impact on the world.
We require all suppliers and their subcontractors to sign and fully embrace this Code of Conduct. Where necessary, suppliers should ensure that this Code is accessible to all employees by translating it into their local language. In addition to upholding these principles, our suppliers must comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in their regions.
Transparency
Transparency is central to our partnership. We expect suppliers to be open about their ability to meet our policies and standards outlined in this Code of Conduct. A traceable and ethical supply chain is essential for improving social and environmental outcomes.
Suppliers should provide clear information about the production facilities involved, from sourcing to final manufacturing. Accurate and complete records must be maintained as required by law or for a minimum of 12 months. Concealment, falsification, or intentional misrepresentation of information is strictly prohibited. Additionally, suppliers must disclose any subcontractors used, including full company details. Subcontractors must acknowledge this Code, with suppliers accountable for any breaches.

Compliance with Laws & Regulations
Suppliers must strictly adhere to all applicable local and national laws, regulations, and standards in providing goods and services to Emilia Wickstead.

Prevention of Underage Labour
Suppliers must ensure that no underage labour is involved, in line with minimum employment and education age requirements.

Working Hours
Working hours should comply with legal limits. Overtime should only be required if employees opt in, with formal documentation.

Eradication of Forced Labour
Suppliers must prohibit all forms of forced labour. Workers should never face coercion, nor should identification documents be retained as a condition of employment. All workers are free to leave the workplace at the end of their shifts and to terminate employment with due notice, receiving all wages owed.

Clear systems should be in place for employees to raise concerns, with transparent and accessible procedures.

All suppliers must comply with European chemical regulations, following our Restricted Substance List.

Bribery is strictly prohibited. Compliance with anti-bribery laws and ethical standards is required at all levels.
Compliance
By signing this Code, suppliers commit to these values and to their application within their supply chains. Emilia Wickstead may request documentation or conduct audits to ensure compliance. Should non-compliance be identified, suppliers must work with us to resolve issues and implement improvements.
