Dispatch

At Emilia Wickstead we endeavour to ensure that your order is delivered to you promptly via Fedex courier. We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days of you placing your order, however, there might be slight delays during busier periods such as our seasonal sales. Emilia Wickstead is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

UK Delivery

Enjoy complimentary UK delivery on orders to the value of £250 and over.

£5.95  - Shipping on UK orders under £250

UK orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. Orders are shipped via Fedex courier and will require signature upon receipt. If you prefer to not sign the scanner, the courier may leave the shipment in a safe location and enter the full recipient name and proof of delivery. Please note, slight delays may occur during sale periods.

Collect In Store

Our ‘Collect in Store’ service is available from our London boutique only. Your items will be delivered to store within 3-5 working days of placing your order and you shall receive a notification once ready for collection. Your order will be available to collect for 10 days only after this time it shall be returned to our warehouse for a refund. To collect in store you will need to bring proof of purchase, such as your confirmation email, as well as personal identification.You may either return your items to store or via courier service. Our 'Return to Store' service is available with our London boutiques only. Items can only be returned to store if they have been prearranged with our Customer Care team or via our website. We are only able to refund you via the method of payment.

 International Shipping

We ship to over 100 countries internationally using Fedex courier 

  • Mainland Europe - Delivered within 3-7 working days (pending customs clearance)  - £20 
  • United States - Delivered within 3-7 working days - £20
  •  Rest Of The World - Delivered within 5-10 working days - £30

International orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. Customs and Duties

We currently ship all orders DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Customs duties and taxes shall be invoiced once the item has cleared customs, either prior to or after delivery dependent on your location and you will be invoiced via the courier service. You, the customer, are liable for all local charges. Customers outside of the UK who return their orders for a refund are responsible for retrieving the local charges. 

Returns

We hope that you are more than happy with your purchase from emiliawickstead.com.  If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order you may simply return your item for an exchange or a refund*.

Items accepted for a refund or exchange include full price returned within 21 days of receipt and sale items returned within 14 days of receipt. Bespoke and Made To Order styles are not applicable for a refund or an exchange.

UK Returns

We offer free returns on all full priced items shipped within the UK. 

We can only accept orders returned within the period stated in our Terms & Conditions and those that have previously been requested through our system or with our Customer Care team. To initiate your return, please log into the Returns Centre to generate your shipping label. 

Sale items are refundable within 14 days of receipt and in sellable condition. Items received outside of this period will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer unless the customer has notified customer service.

Items such a face masks and jewellery will not be accepted for returns for hygiene purposes.

 

US Returns

We offer free returns for customers based in the USA. 

We can only accept orders returned within the period stated in our Terms & Conditions and those that have previously been requested through our system or with our Customer Care team. To initiate your return, please log into the Returns Centre to generate your shipping label.

International Returns

For international returns, or if you are based in the EU and decide to return to the UK, please ensure parcels are marked as ‘Returned Goods’ in order to avoid customs charges and VAT when goods are returned.

To initiate an international return please visit our Returns Centre to receive return shipment instructions. Currently we do not cover the costs of international returns and all returns costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, that the customer is responsible for any customs charges or import VAT incurred when returning item. If goods are held by UK customs due to shipment errors it will not be possible for us to process a refund.
